2.2.2 100% Oxygen Calibration

Note: Analyzer will read "Cal Err St" if the sample gas is not stable or if the oxygen sensor

has reached its end of life.

Remove plug from

room air inlet.

Turn ﬂow knob a few

turns to ﬂow gas.

Connect Oxygen supply.

Insert ﬁlter into room

air inlet.

Wait 2 minutes for

sensor to equilibrate.

Plug room air inlet.

Press and hold CAL

button for three (3)

seconds. Wait for

display to read 100%.

Turn ON/OFF valve to

the ON position.
